Spring School Garden Tour
Friday, April 26, 2013
8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Portland Metro Area
This year's Garden Tour will look at schools in East County, and includes a lunch with a representative from US Fish and Wildlife Service. There are 4 different school districts represented so tour participants have the opportunity to learn about the various logistics of creating a green space at their school. This is a great opportunity for educators, parents, school board members, school faculty and students to learn about what can be done (and is happening) in local schools. There will be a question and answer time at each school, and the tours themselves will be lead by volunteers, school staff and students.
